Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I bring my dog’s food?
A: We believe it is best to bring your dog’s regular food from home in order to maintain a normal dietary routine while staying at Deerfield Dog Lodging. Most people bring a container with the dog’s name marked clearly on the outside with a scoop inside, or they divide the food into feedings, filling small plastic bags.
Q: What else should I bring?
A: Anything to make your dog feel at home. Many people bring toys, bones, blankets and treats. We provide sanitized stainless-steel dog dishes for food and water.
Q: What vaccinations does my dog need?
A: Please bring a current record of your dog’s vaccinations from your Veterinary office. We require the Bordatella (Kennel Cough), Distemper, Parvo and Rabies vaccinations in order to maintain a healthy environment for all dogs staying with us.
Q: What time is check-out?
A: Check-out is at 11:00 A.M. Picking your dog up later than 11:00 A.M. will result in extra charges.
